摘要
阐述了正、反向挤压工艺的特点。通过两种挤压工艺试验的对比,显示了反向挤压法在银合金挤压中的优越性及其推广应用的趋势,同时反向挤压工艺对提高银合金材料挤压制品的质量、降低成本和增加效益有着重大的实用价值。
This paper introduced the characteristics of the forward extrusion and backward extrusion. Comparing the two extrusion means, the results show there are great merits in the silver based alloy materials＇ fabrication process by the backward extrusion mean, such as reducing the defaults of extrusion products, improving the products＇ quality, increasing the rate of finished products and reducing the cost. It is very useful to extrude silver based alloy materials by the backward extrusion mean.
