摘要
文化安全是社会安全的基础。从文化安全的角度看,社会主义和谐文化建设应该突出社会主义核心价值体系,应该推进社会主义文化和谐发展。当前,维护文化安全,加强社会主义和谐文化建设,需要弘扬和谐精神,增强社会主义和谐文化建设的动力;挖掘传统文化,增强社会主义和谐文化建设的底蕴;把握全球化契机,加快社会主义和谐文化建设的进程。
Cultural security is the basis of social security. From the perspective of cultural security, the socialist harmonious socialist cultural construction should highlight the core value system and promote the hannonious development of socialist culture. At present, to maintain cultural security and to strengthen the building of the socialist harmonious culture, we need to carry forward the harmonious spirit to enhance the dynamics of building the socialist harmonious culture; excavate traditional culture to strengthen the basis of the socialist barmonious cultural construction ; and grasp the opportunity of globalization to speed up process of socialist harmonious cultural construction.
