摘要
[目的]综述金银花的化学成分及功效的研究成果。[方法]查阅国内外最近几年的数十篇文献资料,从化学成分类型、药理作用方面综述该研究的进展情况。[结果]金银花植物主要含有挥发油、黄酮、有机酸、皂苷、无机元素等多种化学成分,其中挥发油类化合物为主要活性成分。金银花具有抑菌抗病毒、解热消炎、保肝利胆、止血、降血脂、抗氧化等作用。[结论]金银花有进一步开发的药用价值。
[Objective] The research aimed to summarized the research progress on chemical compositions and efficacy of Lonicera spp.. [Method] Recently published papers were consulted. Based on the chemical contituents, pharmacological action and clinical application, the research progress of pharmaceutical plant of Lonicera spp. were summarized. [ Result] The pharmaceutical plant of Lonicera spp. had many kinds of chemical constituent, such as volatileoil, flavone, organic acid, saponin and inorganic elements, and so on. Among them volatileoil was main active constituents. Lonicera spp. had many pbannacological actions, such as bacteriostasis, anti-vires, antifebrile, anti-inflammation, hepatic protective and choleresis, hemostasis, reducing blood lipid and antioxidation, and so on. [Conclusion] Plants of Lonicera spp. have been proved to have pharmaceutical values.
