摘要
医师多地点执业作为一种社会现象,有其丰富的法律内涵,并且蕴含着一定的法律价值,是医师作为人本身所天然具备的迁徙自由权利在职业领域内的真实表达,同时也有利于促进社会经济发展、实现国家的法治。因此,应采取相关政策与措施,对其进行鼓励和规范。
As a social phenomenon, working in different places for physicians itself is rich in legal connotation and contains some legal value. This embodies that physicians are born with the right of freedom of moving from one place to another place in the professional field. Meanwhile, this movement can promote socio-economic development and fulfill the nomocracy in the country. Therefore, the government should adopt relevant policies and measures to encourage and regulate physicians multi-site practice.
