摘要
城市应急联动系统是城市公共安全的重要保障,也是城市现代化的标志之一.通过介绍了国内外城市应急联动系统的发展现状,分析了福州市城市应急联动系统建设的必要性,并提出基于GIS与GPS的福州市城市应急联动系统建设的初步方案.该系统以GIS、GPS、通信、计算机、网络技术作支撑,整合城市多部门、多行业、多层次的已有系统和数据资源,基于Internet和WebGIS的分布式数据库和统一的空间信息基础设施平台,实现对城市紧急事件的实时响应和调度指挥.
The urban emergency response system is significant to ensure urban public security, and it is a symbol of city modernization. Based on analyses of current urban emergency response systems and their development trends in China and other countries, this paper concludes that it is necessary to build urban emergency response system in Fuzhou city of Fujian province. The preliminary system architecture design of urban emergency response system in Fuzhou city based on GIS and GPS is put forward.
