摘要
目的探讨乳腺纤维母细胞/肌纤维母细胞性肿瘤(breast fibroblastic/myofibroblastic tumors BF/MFT)的临床病理、免疫表型特点及相关鉴别诊断。方法应用HE染色、免疫组化标记对7例BF/MFT进行形态学观察并进行文献复习。结果7例患者均为女性,2例为孤立性纤维性肿瘤;2例为肌纤维母细胞瘤;1例为纤维瘤病;1例为炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤;1例为低度恶性肌纤维母细胞肉瘤。结论BF/MFT非常少见,不同的类型肿瘤生物学行为不同,它们的鉴别诊断主要是组织学及免疫组化。
Purpose To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics, immunohistochemistry, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast fibroblastic/myofibroblastic tumors （BF/MFT）. Methods With review of the literatures, HE staining and immunohistochemistry were used to study the pathological features. Results All the 7 cases were female, 2 cases were solitary fibrous tumor, 2 cases were myofibroblastoma, 1 case was inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour, 1 case was fibromatosis, and 1 case was low grade myofibroblastic sarcoma. Conclusions BF/MFT is an uncommon different types of tumors have different biological behavior; and its diagnosis mainly depends on histopathology and immunohistochemistry.
