介绍沙门菌的新命名系统 被引量：3

摘要 DNA分子生物学技术，特别是各种实时PCR技术、现代DNA测序的发展和应用，豁然明白了沙门菌属（Salmonella）的各个种、亚种、型的精确关系，例如过去认为是种的伤寒沙门菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌、副伤寒A和B沙门氏菌、肠炎沙门菌在保守区某片段处只有几个核苷酸差别，即它们不是种、也不是亚种的关系，而属于型的差异。故需要更改沙门菌属的分类和命名。
