摘要
聚烯烃材料的发展与其催化剂的进步密不可分,硅胶常作为烯烃聚合的催化剂载体,通过改变其物性指标和活化条件可以控制催化剂的性能和聚乙烯的相对分子质量。综述了硅胶负载的铬系聚乙烯催化剂在国内外的研究进展,包括硅胶载体的预处理方法,硅胶负载的氧化铬催化剂、有机铬催化剂、添加过渡金属化合物的铬系催化剂的制备工艺和催化性能。对比了氧化铬催化剂与有机铬催化剂在催化机理上的差异。预测了硅胶负载的铬系催化剂今后的研究方向。
The development of polyethylene material is inseparable with the progress of its catalysts. Silica gel is usually used as the catalyst carrier in polymerization of ethylene. Properties of catalysts and relative molecular weight of polyethylene can be controlled by changing the physical indexes and activation conditions of silica gel carrier. Recent progress on chromium based catalysts supported on silica gel used for polyethylene at home and abroad was reviewed, including the methods of pretreating silica gel carrier,as well as preparation technologies and catalytic performances of chromium oxide catalysts supported on silica gel, organo-chromium eatalysts, and chromium based catalysts doped by transition metal compound. In addition, differences on catalysis mechanisms of chromiun oxide catalyst and organo-chromium catalyst were compared and research direction of chromium based catalysts supported on silica gel in the future was forecasted.
