摘要
目的探索中老年职工最大呼气流量在评价工作能力方面的作用。V·25方法采用现场调查法,对成都地区285名不同职业的中老年职工(40~60岁)进行最大呼气流量(PEF、V·75、V·50、V·25、V·50/V·25,将前三项指标等级化值之和得最大呼气流量指数MEFI)和工作能力指数(WAI)测量。结果按工作类型,除V·25外,各最大呼气流量指标均以脑力劳动组平均水平最高,体力劳动组最低(P<0.05);PEF、V·75、V·50/V·25在WAI分级间差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。男女职工各最大呼气流量指标(V·25除外)与WAI具有密切的相关关系(P<0.05);MEFI较其所包容的三个指标与WAI分级的一致率最高(47.72%);同时V·75与WAI分级具有显著一致性(P<0.05)。结论最大呼气流量在中老年职工工作能力评价中可能是一组有价值的指标。
In order to explore the relationship between maximal expiratory flow and work ability,a field study was conducted among 285 aging workers(40 to 60 years of age) from different occupations in Chengdu area by testing maximal expiratory flow parameters(including PEF、V·75、V·50 and V·50/V·25,the sum of rating values from the first three indices was maximal expiratory flow index,namely MEFI) and work ability index (WAI).According to work types,except V·25,the other parameters of maximal expiratory flow had the highest mean in mental work type group,and the lowest mean in physical work type group.Among different WAI classified of groups,the parameters,including PEF、V·75 and V·50/V·25,showed significant difference (P<0.05).There was a significant relationship between maximal expiratory flow parameters(except V·25) and WAI (P<0.05).Among PEF、V·75、V·50 and MEFI,the accordance rate between classifications of MEFI and WAI was the highest,reaching to 47.72%.Moreover,significant accordance existed between V·75 and WAI classifications.The results suggest that the test of maximal expiratory flow may be beneficial to evaluating work ability objectively.
