摘要
总结了对15例地震伤员应用湿性愈合理论进行压疮护理的体会。患者因多器官损伤合并全身皮肤多处擦伤,长时间深埋压迫,表现为Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮,部分伤口合并细菌感染。根据压疮发生的具体情况,运用湿性愈合理论,联合使用新型敷料、抗菌敷料,改进伤口的清洁方法,采取了积极有效的治疗和护理措施,13例压疮患者创面愈合,2例Ⅳ期压疮因多器官功能衰竭于79d后死亡。
Totally 15 wounded patients with Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ phase pressure ulcer after Wenchuan earthquake were treated. These patients had skin injuries complicated with special infections. Each patient was assessed,received moist therapy and anti-bacterial dressings individually. And 12 of them were cured within 10-60 days,one patient with IV phase pressure ulcer cured within 150 days,and 2 died due to multiple organ failure in 79 days.
