摘要
总结３７例（３８只眼）处理晶体脱位并同期行人工晶体植入的经验。本文的病例晶体脱位原因各异，以外伤为主。包括半脱位及全脱位于前房、玻璃体及视网膜前。处理方法均采用手术治疗，采用不同的术式去除脱位晶体，同时植入前房型或后房型（包括睫状沟缝合固定型）人工晶体。结果表明，治疗后的视力均有不同程度提高，且并发症少，提示手术效果令人满意。本文讨论了去除晶体的各种术式和植入人工晶体的类型及方法的选择经验。
To explore an effective approach to treat dislocation of lens combined with intraocular lens implantation records of 37 consecutive patients(38 eyes)with dislocation of lens(including subluxation)were reviewed.Operation was performed in all cases.Different operative methods were applied according to various clinical features.In the all cases trauma was the main cause;Marfans syndrome and other unkown causes also observed.In most cases visual acuity was improved and there was rarely complication.Therefore,to extracrt dislocated lens combined with intraocular lens implantation is a safe and effective method,and the operative method should be selected properly.
