摘要
给出了液粘力矩传递公式及其特性曲线,分析工作特点并设计出了液粘控制系统,为解决多机拖动系统中功率不平衡问题,提出了基于平均电流的模糊控制方法,并在工程中得到验证。
The paper offers performance curve and torque transmission formula for hydro - viscous soft starting device. Furthermore, it analyzes the working characteristics and covers how to design the control system. It can be applied in the fuzzy control based on average current, to solve the problem of power unbalance in multi - drive system. This approach has been verified in practice.
