摘要
烟气脱硫除尘技术是一种技术成熟且较为经济的应用技术。其中湿式脱硫除尘技术已得到广泛推广与应用。本文分析了几种常用湿法脱硫除尘工艺的脱硫机理、脱硫效率、脱硫成本及工艺特点等方面情况,重点介绍了旋流板塔双碱法烟气脱硫除尘技术的脱硫机理、工艺流程。
The technologies of fuel dust removal and sulfur removal are mature and economical application technologies, of which the wet sulfur removal technology is more popularized and extensively applied. The paper described the mechanism, efficiency, cost of several desulphurization technologies and specially introduced the desulphurization mechanism and dual alkali flue gas desulphurization process in rotating-stream-tray scrubber.
