摘要
国际金融危机造成大量农民工返乡,返乡农民工具有人力资本、物质资本、社会资本优势,引导返乡农民工进行新农村建设意义重大。对返乡农民工的人力资源特征进行了分析,阐述其对新农村建设的推动作用,并针对返乡农民工就业存在的困难,提出促进返乡农民工就业的建议。
Lots of peasant workers rushing home because of the global financial crisis, those peasant workers have the advantage of human capital, material capital and social capital. It is significant to lead the peasant workers to construct the new countryside. This paper analyzes the trait of the home-going peasant workers on human capital, elaborates their promotion on the new countryside construction, focuses on their difficulties of the obtain employment and makes suggestions on promoting the employment of the home-going peasant workers.
