摘要
计划体制下,单位是执政的中国共产党社会整合的重要组织载体。随着改革开放和市场经济体制的建立,个人—单位—国家模式下的单位制整合开始受到冲击。因此,党必须探索适应新情况下社会整合的机制和载体。
The unit is an important organization cartier of social integration for the CPC in power under the plan system. With the reform and opening up and the foundation of market economy system, the integration of unit system with the model of person - unit - country begins to be impacted. Thus, the Party must explore new system and carrier of social integration adapting new situation.
