"双环扣"培训模式拟在培训内容上衔接和扣紧两个不同的知识领域,即培训的目的一方面要提高校车驾驶员的职业技能和职业道德素质,另一方面要使校车驾驶员掌握基本的青少年儿童心理学知识,并运用正确的教育方法引导学生心理品质的健康发展。"双环扣"培训模式具有一定的理论基础、要素构成和运行机制,并需要其他的措施加以保障。
The training model of Double-loop Button intends to link up and fasten two different knowledge areas. That is to say, the purpose of training on the one hand is to enhance school bus drivers' vocational skills and quality of professional morality, and on the other hand help drivers master basic adolescents and children psychological knowledge, and use correct methods to guarantee the healthy development of students' psychological quality. The training model of Double-loop Button has certain theoretical basis, element composition and operation mechanism, and simultaneously need other safeguard measures.
