摘要
目的 探讨抗TFF3抗体在腺泡状软组织肉瘤（ASPS）病理诊断中的应用价值。方法用免疫组化方法研究抗TFE3抗体在9例ASPS和23例其他软组织肉瘤中的表达情况，同时研究一组其他抗体的表达情况。结果抗TFE3抗体在9例ASPS中均为肿瘤细胞核中～强（＋），而6例横纹肌肉瘤、4例透明细胞肉瘤、8例滑膜肉瘤和5例上皮样肉瘤的肿瘤细胞胞核均（-）。9例ASPS中，MyoD1均为胞质（＋），其他抗体未见一致的阳性表达。结论抗TFE3抗体对ASPS的病理诊断具有重要的参考价值。
Objective To explore the pathologic diagnostic value of TFE3 antibody in alveolar soft part sarcoma （ASPS）. Methods TFE3 immunoreactivity in 9 ASPS eases and 23 cases of other soft sarcomas was studied using immanohistochemical methods. The immunoreactivity of a panel of other antibodies in this series was also studied. Results All 9 ASPS cases were demonstrated moderate or strong nuclear TFE3 immunoreactivity while no one nuclear positive reactivity was seen in other 23 soft tissue sarcomas including 6 cases of rhabdomyosarcoma, 4 clear cell sarcoma of soft tissues, 8 synovial sarcoma and 5 epithelioid sarcoma. A panel of other antibodies was unevenly expressed in 9 ASPS cases. Conclusion TFE3 antibody is a useful marker in the pathologic diagnosis of ASPS.
