生物活性硼硅酸盐多孔支架的体外活性及细胞毒性 被引量:4

摘要 在硼酸盐玻璃(R2O-RO-B2O3-SiO2-P2O5)系统中,用不同硼含量的玻璃粉末,采用泡沫浸渍法制备4种组分的多孔支架,对这些支架的体外生物活性、可降解性能及细胞毒性进行研究。结果表明,不同硼含量的玻璃粉均能制备成支架,其气孔率为73%~80%,孔径200~300gm,孔间连通性良好。在0.02mol/L K2HPO4溶液中浸泡后,支架均能转化为羟基磷灰石,具有优良的生物活性,其中组分为D.Alk-2B,D-Alk-3B的支架在浸泡7h后,表面形成羟基磷灰石,并全部被羟基磷灰石层所覆盖,证实了支架有很高的生物活性。在细胞黏附实验中,支架上的细胞黏附生长良好,形态舒展,伪足明显,仅D-Alk-3B组分的支架在体外降解过程中所释放的硼在局部区域累积后对细胞增殖产生了一定的抑制作用,但支架浸提液经适当稀释后(稀释比例为1:8),生物相容性明显改善。因此,经过适当预处理,这一系列硼硅酸盐玻璃多孔支架有可能应用于骨组织工程。
