中国北方汉族人群ACTN3基因多态性与有氧耐力关联研究 被引量:8

Associations between ACTN3 Genotype and Aerobic Endurance in Northern Han Nationality Chinese

摘要 目的:探讨α-辅肌动蛋白-3(ACTN3)基因多态性与有氧耐力的关联性。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析(PCR-RFLP)对123名中国北方汉族优秀长跑运动员(运动员组)与206名中国北方汉族普通大学生(对照组)的ACTN3基因的R577X单核苷酸多态位点进行多态分析和比较。结果:R577X位点的分布频率在运动员组与对照组之间无显著性差异。结论:中国北方汉族人群ACTN3基因R577X位点与有氧耐力不相关。 To explore the relationship between α-actinins-3 (ACTN3) genotype and aerobic endurance in northern Han nationality Chinese, the authors compared ACTN3 R577X genotype of 123 northern Han elite long-distance running athletes with that of 206 normal northern university students through polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment-length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). It was found that there was no significant difference in the distribution of R577X location between northern elite long-distance running athletes and controls. It was concluded that R577X location of Han people was not correlated with aerobic endurance capacity.
