后路CerviFix内固定系统在上颈椎损伤中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨CerviFix内固定系统在治疗上颈椎损伤中的应用价值。方法采用后路CerviFix系统内固定结合短节段植骨融合术治疗上颈椎损伤19例。结果随访时间0.5～2年,19例均获得融合。无内固定物断裂、松动、脱出等并发症。脊髓神经功能均有不同程度恢复。植骨融合后有5例行内固定物取出术,术后颈椎活动度有所改善。结论CerviFix内固定系统能有效维持枕颈融合及上颈椎融合所需的稳定性,融合率高,内固定物取出后头颈活动度有所改善。
