摘要
研制了一种新型逆变空气等离子切割电源。该电源选用了非晶态磁性材料作为高频变压器的铁心;采用场效应管作为逆变器的开关元件;采用单片机控制电路,控制电源的外特性及切割程序等;该电源选用了一种新的逆变器主电路形式,大大提高了逆变电源可靠性。
A new type of plasma cutting inverter is developped.The noncrystalline material is used as the iron core of transformer and MOS FET is employed for the main circuit switch elements.A single chip computer controller is applied to get appropriate volt amp characteristics and cutting procedure.The reliability of the inverter is greatly improved owing to a new type of invert circuit
