摘要
用柠檬酸盐法合成了纳米晶La0.7Sr0.3FeO3材料,平均粒度在10nm左右。检测了用该材料制成的气敏元件的酒敏特性,发现其不仅灵敏度高,抗干扰性强,响应速度快而且具有相当好的电阻值稳定性以及与之相关的测量准确性和稳定性。
La0.7Sr0.3FeO3 nanocrystalline material has been synthesized by using citrate method, its grain size is about 10nm. Measuring the ethanol sensitive property of the sensor, we fine that this sensor has good stability, excellent selectivity and short response and recovery times.
