对接焊铝合金板材残余应力的X射线测试 被引量:22

摘要 用X射线衍射法对对接焊LD10铝合金板材表面残余应力进行测试试验,对比半高宽法和抛物线法,得出残余应力分布情况,并对其进行分析。分析结果表明两种定峰方法所得应力测定值较接近,且抛物线法所得应力分布曲线在大多数情况下处于半高宽法所得曲线下方,即抛物线法所得拉应力值偏低,压应力值偏高。同时,半高宽法较抛物线法对衍射峰的重复性、稳定性、适应性要好,应力测定的准确度较高,且采用X射线衍射法测量残余应力分布数据可靠,是一种有效的应力测试方法。这些结论对LD10铝合金板材的焊接残余应力分布具有参考意义。 X-ray diffraction(XRD) method is used to determine the distribution of surface residual stress on the butt-welded aluminium alloy LD10 plates. Two methods of determining peak positions, i.e. half-width and parabola methods, are adopted and compared in the experiment, the distribution of residual stresses is obtained, and the distribution results of residual stresses are explained. The test shows that the results of the two methods are similar, and stress distribution curve of parabola method is largely lower than that of half-width method, which is on the low side of tensile stress and on the high side of compressive stress. At the same time, the experimental results reveal that the half-width method is better in consistency, stability, adaptability and accuracy than parabola, and the distribution data of the residual stresses surveyed by XRD method is reliable, and XRD is a valid method to measure residual stresses in welded structures. All these results contribute reference to the distribution of residual stresses on welded aluminium alloy LD 10 plates.
