摘要
近年来,迅猛增长的医疗事故成为当前社会热门而沉重的话题。本文从改善医患关系入手,建议结合完善立法、充实保险制度、设立事故资料库等方面进行努力,以尽量减少医疗事故的发生。
The rate of medical malpractice rapidly became hot and heavy topic in recent years. In this paper,dispute from to improve doctor-patient relationship and combine with perfecting legislation,enriching insurance system,establishing malpractice database in order to minimize the occurrence of medical malpractice.
