摘要
通过热平模镦饼试验,研究不同形变温度和不同应变对GH4169合金微观组织的影响。试验结果表明:合金饼坯在950℃、970℃及990℃不同形变温度下,热加工应变率越大,越有利于晶粒的细化与δ相的球化;在0.3、0.5及0.7不同应变下,合金形变温度越低,越有利于晶粒的细化,但不利于δ相的球化;合金在形变温度990℃和应变率低于0.5的状态下,能实现晶粒的有效细化和δ相的充分球化。
The influence of forging temperature and strain rate on the microstructures of GH4169 billets was investigated based on the forging experiments. The results showed that under the temperature 950 ℃, 970 ℃ and 990 ℃, the higher deformation resulted in more refined microstructure and more homogeneous distribution of spherical δ phase, under the strain rate of 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7, the lower deformation temperature resulted in refined microstructure, but adverse influence on spheroidization of δ phase. The forged alloy exhibited fine uniform microstructure and good distribution of spherical phase by the technical parameters of 990 ℃ forging temperature and less than 0.5 strain rates.
