摘要
本文分别对新型预制装配式混凝土结构的板、梁、柱构件的新型构造、设计方法、处理措施进行介绍,此结构体系在叠合楼板中采用了人工拉毛粗糙处理和格构钢筋,梁、柱构件处采用了剪力键、钢筋对焊、端头锚、钢筋连接套管等不同于传统的锚固、连接构造措施。这些构造措施有效地处理了构件的薄弱部位,将各结构构件连成相互统一的整体,保证了结构的整体性能,同时方便施工和吊装,有利于缩短工期。
The new constructional measures, design methods and treatment methods in the slab, girder, column of the new assembled monolithic concrete structure were introduced in this paper. In the structure, manual roughened treatment and lattice- reinforcement were adopted in composite slabs; Lots of anchoring measures and conffection methods were adopted in beam members and column members, such as shear connectors, welded steel, and anchors, reinforcement connection casing, which are different from normal. By these constructional measures, weak parts of structural members were effective treated, the structural members were effectively connected to be a unity, and they ensure the integrity of structure. Also it＂ s easy to construct and hoisting, beneficial to shorten construction period.
