摘要
围绕我国实验室的体系现状，探索总结实验室全局体系及体系中各级实验室的管理特征，包括投资和批准部门、投资规模、依托管理部门、建设目标等多个方面。从各级实验室的管理特征出发，总结出全局体系实验室的统一管理特征和不协调特征，并针对不协调特征，从思想上、人员流动上、互动机制上探讨解决方法，找到了一个促使实验室和工程中心和谐共生、整体发展的解决方案。
According to the current situation of Chineses laboratories, this paper explores and summarises the overall system of laboratories and the management character in different levels of laboratories, including the department of investment and approvement, scale of investment, department of support, objective of construcion, etc. Starting from the management character in different levels of laboratories, the article summarizes the identical character and contrary one, and aiming at the non-coordinative character, and finds a way to solve the problem from theory, faculty flowing, and interactive mechanism which can make the laboratories and the engineering centers harmoniously intergrowth.
