摘要
针对印染设备多单元同步控制中动态性和稳定性的问题,提出一种基于DSP和FPGA的嵌入式同步控制器设计方案。DSP作为运算控制的核心,负责控制算法的实现;FPGA作为数据采集模块的核心,负责数据采集的实现。该系统具有结构灵活,通用性强的特点,且大大减少了系统的外围接口器件,降低了成本。采用Bang-Bang控制和数字PID控制相结合的双模控制算法,满足了系统响应快速性和稳定性的要求,提高了可靠性,具有很高的实用价值。
In view of the problems of dynamic and stability of printing equipment multiunit synchronous control system, this paper presents a design project of embedded synchronous controller based on DSP and FPGA. This system has DSP as its core of operaional control, which enables control algorithm and FPGA as its core of data acquisition module, which enables data acquisition. It has the characteristics of flexible configuration and high universality and reduces the peripheral interface device and cost effectively. The system adopts a dual - mode control algorithm based on the Bang - Bang control and the digital PID control theory, real -time experiments prove this project satisfies the speediness and stability of the system response,improves the reliability of the system. It is also possessed of greatly practical value.
