摘要
新护士培训是护理人才梯队培养的重要环节,也是护理学科发展的关键环节。但由于多方面的原因,长期以来,新护士的培训一直延续经验式、直接面授的方式进行教学。本文就如何把现代教育技术和新护士培训进行整合,以提高培训效果等方面进行探讨。
Training for new nurses is a key link for echelon talent cultivation for nursing staff, and also plays an important role in the development of nursing science. Unfortunately, for a very long time, it has remained at the level of empirical and direct face-to-face teaching because of multi-faced reasons. This article discussed how to integrate modem education technology and the training for newly-recruited nurses in order to improve training effectiveness.
