摘要
大型汽轮机汽流激振是在大容量、高参数机组高、中压转子上易于出现的振动问题,汽流激振故障将降低汽轮机轴系的稳定性。根据国内外的研究成果,结合汽轮机故障的实例分析,探讨了汽轮机汽流激振产生的机理,提出了改善机组稳定性的措施。
Steam flow excited vibration is easy to occur on high and mid pressure rotor of large-sized steam turbine with high capacity and parameter. Steam flow excited vibration shall reduce the stability of turbine shafts. In accordance with the domestic and international research result, combined with the analysis of turbine fault, the mechanism of steam flow excited vibration occurring is analyzed, and the measures to improve the stability of unit are put forward.
