摘要
从高等职业教育分类、职业教育制度、师资队伍建设等方面介绍德国高等职业教育的现状。从建立网络平台，实施网络教育，建立学习化社会，提倡终身学习等方面，分析德国高等职业教育的发展趋势。这些为我国高等职业教育改革以及江苏城市职业学院高等职业教育的开展提供了有益的借鉴。
This article introduces the status quo of higher vocational education in German from the classification of higher vocational education, system of vocational education, and teacher team building, and analyses the development trends of higher vocational education in German from setting up the network platform, carrying out e-learning; establishing study system of society, promoting lifelong learning. Those provide a useful reference for China＇s higher vocational education reform,as well as higher vocational education in Jiangsu City Vocation College.
