摘要
通过阐述飞机维修专业实训教学的体会和教学思想,分析传统实训教学的弊端,重点论述"生产小组式"的实训教学模式的原理和组织实施。
Through expounding the experiences and the ideas in Aircraft Maintenance practical teaching, this paper analyzes the defects in traditional practical teaching, focuses on the principles and ways of organization and implementation of the practical teaching mode of the ＂work - team＂.
