摘要
目的探讨枸杞多糖对大鼠慢性心理应激行为、神经内分泌和细胞因子的影响。方法健康成年SD大鼠60只,雌雄各半,随机分为6组,通过旷场实验和悬尾实验观察枸杞多糖调节后各组大鼠的行为变化;采用放射免疫法测定血清皮质醇、IL-1、IL-2和TNF-α的含量。结果与应激组比较,枸杞多糖低剂量+应激组和枸杞多糖高剂量+应激组大鼠血清皮质醇含量明显降低(P<0.05);血清IL-1、IL-2和TNF-α的含量明显升高(P<0.05);旷场实验及悬尾实验结果显示,与应激组比较,枸杞多糖低剂量+应激组和枸杞多糖高剂量+应激组大鼠潜伏期缩短,穿格数和修饰时间增加(P<0.05),静止时间明显减少(P<0.05),挣扎次数明显增多(P<0.05)。结论枸杞多糖能够调节下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质(HPA)轴的适应性,降低皮质醇的过量释放,维持免疫功能稳定,调节心理应激水平。
Objective To study the effect of lycium barbarum polysaccharides(LBP)on behavior, neuroendocrine and. immune factor in rats under chronic psychological stress. Methods Sixty SD rats were divided into six groups and given lycium barbarum polysaccharides. Their ethological changes and the contents of cortisol, IL-1, IL-2, TNF-α in serum of rats were also detected. Results The serum cortisol levels of LBP low dose+stress group and LBP high dose+stress group were significantly lower than those of the stress group(P〈0.05), while the serum IL-1, IL-2 and TNF-α were significantly higher than those of the stress group(P〈0.05). Compared with the stress group, the open-field test and the tail-suspension test showed that the incubation period was shortened(P〈0.05), the still time was significantly decreased(P〈0. 05), and the frequency of struggling was increased(P〈0.05). Conclusions The LBP could improve the adaptation of hypothalamic pituitary adrenocortical axis, reduce the excessive release of cortisol, keep the stability of immune function and regulate the level of psychological stress.
