Effects of the Composition and Amount of the Reprocessed Raw Material from Building Waste on the Performance of Recycled Concrete

摘要 研究了建筑垃圾再生原料的组成与用量对再生混凝土物理力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着再生原料用量的增加,再生混凝土的吸水率和拌和用水增加、绝干密度下降,变化幅度因再生原料品种和用量的不同而不同。废烧结砖再生原料用量的变化将引起再生混凝土强度的显著变化,而废混凝土再生原料用量则对再生混凝土强度影响较小。由废混凝土再生原料与废烧结砖再生原料组成的混合再生原料,其掺量对再生混凝土物理力学性能的影响规律与废烧结砖再生原料基本一致。再生混凝土的断裂形式表现为基材破坏、界面脱附和废烧结砖再生骨料破坏3种形式并存。 Here is a study on the effects of the composition and amount of the reprocessed raw material from building waste on the physieal and meehanieal performances of recycled concrete. Its result shows that with the increase of the reproeessed raw material, there is an increase of the water absorption and the batch water and a decrease of the bone - dry density. The exchanges are different because of different types and amount of the reproeessed raw material used. The changes of the amount of the waste burned bricks. used as a kind remarkable c of reprocessed raw material, cause a hange of the strength of the recycled concrete while the amount of the waste concrete as a reprocessed raw material has little effect on the strength of the recycled concrete. The admixture of the blended reprocessed raw material from the recycled raw materials of waster concrete and burned bricks has basically the same way of affecting the physical and mechanical performances of the recycled concrete as the recycled raw material of the burned bricks. The three coexisting breaking forms of the recycled concrete are the damage of the base material, the detachment of the interfaces and the damage of the recycled retainer from the waste burned bricks.
