摘要
目的：系统评价朝阳区疾病预防控制中心2000～2006年疾病控制体系建设的成效。方法：疾病控制体系建设的评价指标采用头脑风暴法，由专家讨论确定，以两两比较的方式确定各指标的相对重要性，并计算权重系数。采用秩和比法对指标进行综合评价。结果：计算2000～2006年各年度的加权秩和比值，结果表明，秩和比值由高到低依次为2006、2005、2004、2003、2001、2000、2002年。秩和比法分档排序结果表明，疾控体系建设质量高的年份为2005和2006年，质量居中的年份为2000、2001、2003、2004年，质量差的年份为2002年。结论：疾控体系经过三年建设之后已经取得了显著成效，但仍需进一步加强。
Objective：To systematically evaluate the construction effect of disease control and prevention system from 2000 to 2006 in Chaoyang district. Methods：The indexes were obtained from exports by brainstorming. Each index＇s weight coefficient was calculated to rank its relative importance, and the indexes were synthetically evaluated by rank-sum ratio. Results：According to the results of ranksum ratio, there had the highest construction quality in the year of 2005 and 2006, and the poorest in 2002. Conclusion： The disease control and prevention system has improved for several years, and it needs to be further improved.
