摘要
在介绍RFID技术及其在食品行业应用现状的基础上,研究了基于RFID技术的食品供应链管理系统模型、功能结构,阐述了RFID应用于食品安全领域的基本方式,并简要分析了这一系统的优势和存在的问题。
On the basis of introducing the application of RFID technology in food inductry, the paper studies a food supply chain management system model, functional structure based on RFID, describes how to apply RFID in the field of food safety and analyzes the advantages and problems of the system.
