摘要
介绍了华能沁北电厂4号机组双进双出钢球磨煤机的特点和煤粉细度调整试验。通过对磨煤机的煤粉细度调整试验,分析了分离器转速、磨煤机出力、料位、钢球加载量对煤粉细度的影响,使煤粉细度降低在合理的范围内,并确定了合理的磨煤机运行方式,提高了锅炉运行经济性。
The characteristic and pulverized coal fineness adjustment test of double-inlet and double-outlet ball mill of Huaneng Qinbei Power Plant was introduced. Through the test, the influence of separator speed,mill load, coal level, ball adding to coal fineness were analyzed, the coal fineness was reduced in reasonable range, and the reasonable operation mode was determined, operation economy of boiler was improved.
