摘要
本文研制了一种可磨耗封严涂料,并对涂料附着性能,硬度等参数进行了研究,对其附着机理及热处理工艺进行了讨论。试验结果表明:涂层的硬度达到73.5(HRY15),涂层的结合强度达到7.0MPa,基本满足可磨耗封严涂层的要求。
A kind of new abradable seal coatings is developed, the properties of bonding strength, hardness are studied. Bonding mechanism and heating process are discussed. The result indicated that the hardness of coating is 73.5（HRY15）, the bonding strength of coating is 7.0MPa, it meets the requirements of abradable seal coatings.
