摘要
该文对"植物细胞骨架"基础实验进行综合性实验设计,以期通过实验,学生能够掌握综合实验技能,引发学生对科学研究的兴趣,实现以学生自我训练为主的实验教学新模式。
In this study, a synthetical experiment of plant cell skeleton was designed based on the basic cell experiment of ＂Plant Cell Skeleton＂. Through the experiment, students can improve their innovatory ability and their researching interesting. It can also implement the new experiment teaching model of students - self training.
