摘要
本文基于5·12汶川地震抗震救灾的亲身经历,对该次应急救援工作进行了深入的分析,并从指挥机构、应急预案、联动机制和队伍建设等方面进一步加强我国应急救援工作提出了几点建议。
Based on the personal experience in the May 12th Wenchuan earthquake relief, the emergency rescue is deeply analyzed, and some suggestions are put forward in terms of commanding organizations, contingency plans, coordination mechanisms and personnel management, in hopes of improving the emergency relief in China.
