摘要
目的:探讨中药爽肤巾的止痒、抑菌作用机理。方法:分别制备0.9%生理盐水(A)、3%硼酸溶液(B)、1:50皮肤康洗液(C)和爽肤巾药液(D)。取白色雄性豚鼠32只,随机分4组(A1～D1组),通过豚鼠舔足反射观察药物A1～D1对豚鼠磷酸组织胺致痒阈的影响。取白色豚鼠32只,雌雄各半,随机分为4组(A2～D2组),观察药物A2～D2对豚鼠后背皮肤金黄色葡萄球菌致病模型的红肿面积、水肿高度及坏死结痂面积的影响。结果:在抑制磷酸组织胺致痒的豚鼠舔足反射方面,止痒作用由高到低依次是D1组、C1组、B1组、A1组(P<0.01),在抑制金葡菌所致的豚鼠皮肤感染方面,抑菌作用由强到弱依次是D2组、C2组、B2组、A2组(P<0.05)。结论:中药爽肤巾具有良好的止痒、抑菌作用。
Objective：To study the effects of shuangfujin on relieving itching and bacteriostasis.Methods：Respectively preparing 0.9% sodium chloride（A）,3% boric acid solution（B）,skinguard lotion（C）and shuangfujin physic liquor（D）.Thirty two cases of white male cavies were randomly divided into 4 groups（A1-D1）,the effects were observed that the medicine（A-D） affect the cavy itch-threshold by histamine phosphate according to it＇s licking food reflection,in order to analyze the action of relieving itching of each kind of the medicine.Thirty two cases of cavies were randomly divided into 4 groups（A2-D2）,half of them was male,and their back skin lesion were observed,such as red swelling area,oedema height,necrosis and scab area by staphylococcus aureus,in order to analyze each kind of medicine effection of bacteriostasis.Results：Four sorts of medicine can restrain the cavy licking food reflection,evoked by histamine phosphate,relieving itching effect one by one step down from group D1 to group C1,to group B1,to group A1（P〈0.01）.For the cavy skin infection by staphylococcus aureus,the bacteriostasis gradually decrease from group D2 to group C2,to group B2,to group A2（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Shuangfujin has significant effects of relieving itching and bacteriostasis.
