摘要
综述涠洲岛珊瑚礁生态环境条件、珊瑚礁分布与优势种组成、珊瑚礁地貌与沉积以及珊瑚礁区浮游生物等方面的研究进展,提出今后对涠洲岛珊瑚礁的研究应重点围绕珊瑚礁生态学、珊瑚礁记录的古环境以及珊瑚礁资源开发与保护等方面进行。
The recent studyes on coral reef in Weizhou Island including environmental conditions,reef distribution and superior species, plankton, geomorphology and sedimemt, etc. were reviewed. The studies of coral reef ecology, paleo-environmental records, sustainable exploitation and protection of coral reef were emphasized.
