摘要
论文以深圳为案例,在评述国内外研究的基础上,利用遥感数据、详查数据和政府部门资料等多种数据源,引入数字地形模型、格网、缓冲区和空间叠加等GIS分析技术以及因子分析、典型相关分析和多元回归分析等定量分析方法,系统全面地开展了快速城市化背景下土地利用变化的自然和人文因素综合研究。研究结果揭示了深圳土地利用变化结构及空间特征,定量阐释了深圳各类型土地变化的主要影响因素,并归纳出了各类型土地利用变化与影响因子的函数关系,揭示了自然和人文影响因子对土地利用变化的影响作用大小和方向,丰富和拓展了土地利用变化的影响机制研究。
This paper takes Shenzhen, a Chinese city developed from a small village to a globalizing metropolis with millions of population in just two decades, as a study case. It can be a good case to disclose the impact of physical and human dimensions upon land use change as Shenzhen is not only a city mainly shaped by modern urban planning ideologies; it is also a good sample of the area under very high-speed urbanization. As such, this study can contribute to the knowledge for both cities under strong planning orientation and also cities under high-speed urbanization, es pecially those in the developing countries. After a brief review of the studies on the physical and human dimensions underpin the land use changes in terms of both Western and Chinese perspec- tives, this paper makes a thorough and comprehensive study on the physical and human dimensions that affect the land use changes in China' s mega city, from the angles of both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Through using GIS spatial analytical techniques (such as digital elevation model, grid analysis, buffer analysis etc. ) with remote sensed database, land use survey data, as well as governmental information, and the SPSS statistic analytical techniques (such as canonical correlation analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis etc. ), a systematic study has been carried out for understanding the mechanism in terms of physical and human dimensions that affect the land use change of Shenzhen. The findings indicate the tremendous impact of physical dimensions as well as human-related dimensions upon lands of the city. First, it uncovers the dynamic variation rate and the degree of Shenzhen' s urban land use change during its high-speed urbanization, the built-up area expands, the agriculture land decreases, and the urbanized area have been considerably broadened. In other words, the scale of land use transfer is huge, the spatial transfer among different types of land is frequent, and, more importantly, they create evident regional disparities. Then, using methods of canonical correlation analysis, it summarizes the major factors impactingthe change of different types of land use. The change of garden land is mainly affected by factors of administrative center, urbanization and industrialization, and lan& scape-urbanization; the change of farmland is mainly affected by factors of terrain, traffic, and administrative center; the change of built-up land is mainly affected by factors of terrain, administrative center, and economical development; the change of woodland is mainly affected by factors of terrain, landscape-urbanization and industrial sector structure. Third, using the traditional method of factorial ecology, it identified six main factors that impacting land use changes of Shenzhen, as follows : traffic, administrative center and population, the level of landscape-urbanization, terrain and industrial sector structure, economic development level, and urbanization and industrialization. Using the methods of regression analysis, the ratio of land use change is put into functional relations, the result of which reveals that the trend and extent of impact upon land use change of Shenzhen are different. In addition, it is further argued that the adjustment of the future land use of Shenzhen could shed more light on these main dimensions, and such studies thus provide a well-designed approach to further investigate and control land use matters in the future.
