The Measurement of Pulmonary Artery Size Using Spiral CT

摘要 目的:CT测量国人肺动脉直径。材料和方法:对100例成人胸部行双螺旋CT扫描,在六个位置测量肺动脉直径。结果:主肺动脉直径,男25.2±2.5mm,女23.9±2.4mm;右肺动脉近端直径,男20.9±2.5mm,女19.5±2.1mm;右肺动脉远端直径,男16.5±2.2mm,女15.5±2.4mm;左肺动脉直径,男19.1±2.9mm,女18.0±2.5mm;右下肺动脉直径,男11.2±1.7mm,女11.1±1.5mm;左下肺动脉直径,男女均为10.7±1.3mm。结论:CT可以测量肺动脉直径,中心肺动脉直径男女有显著差异(P<0.05),双下肺动脉直径男女无显著差异(P>0.05)。 Purpose:To measure the normal pulmonary artery size.Materials and Methods:100 normal adults were scanned with double helical CT and the pulmonary artery size were measured in six pionts.Results:the main pulmonary artery is 252±25mm for male and 23.9±2.4mm for female,the proximal right is 20.9±2.5mm for male and 19.5±2.1mm for female,the distal right is 16.5±2.2mm for male and 15.5±2.4mm for female,the left is 19.1±2.9mm for male and 18.0±2.5mm for female,the interlobar is 11.2±1.7mm for male and 11.0±1.2mm for female,the left descending is 10.7±13mm for male and female.Conclusion:CT can measure the pulmonary artery size,there was significant difference at central pulmonary artery and no significant difference at distal pulmonary artery between male and female.
