系统科学语境下的大学生德育主体性探析

摘要 要提高德育效果,必须正确认识并把握德育系统的结构,保持系统的有序性。受教育者是德育系统中的主体,与教育者是主体间性关系。受教育者具有自组织的特性。教育者应当充分发挥学生的自组织功能,让学生"学会选择",真正成为自身道德价值体系建构的主体。 To improve the effectiveness of moral education, we must correctly grasp the structure of the moral education system and maintain it orderly. The educated is the subject in the moral education system, the relation between the educator and the educated is one between the subject and subject. The educated is possessed of self--organization character. Education should give full play to the student's self--organization so that the educated could "learn to choose" and become the builder of their moral value system.
