摘要
为了解cAMP与cGMP在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）中的作用，本文应用放射免疫分析法检测了37例患儿血浆及脑脊液（CSF）中cAMP、cGMP含量，其中轻度8例、中度18例、重度11例，结果表明HIE时CSF中cAMP含量较对照组明显升高（P<0．01），中、重度恢复期较急性期明显下降，而cGMP除轻度外轻对照组明显下降，恢复期较急性期升高；血浆中cAMP水平均较对照组升高（P<0.01），恢复期屯较急性期下降，cGMP与对照组无差异。结果提示cAMP、cGMP与HIE的发病相关。
Thirty－seven hypoxic－ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) (mild 8, moderate 18, severe 11 )and 11 control infants were included in the study. The cAMP and cGMP levels were measured in each group using a radioimmuoassay. The results showed that the cAMP levels incerebrospirIal (CSF) of HIE groups were much higher than that of the control group, and thecAMP levels in the moderate and severe groups declined after treatment. The CSF levels ofthe cGMI. in H1E groups were significantly lower than that of the control group (p<0. 01),but increat;ed after treatment. The plasma levels of cAMP in HlE groups were higher thanthat of the control group (p<0.01), but the cGMP levels in plasrna showed no significantdifference between HlE groups and control groups. The results suggest that cAMP andcGMP play a role in pathogenesis of HIE
