丙烯酸代替甲基丙烯酸酯化聚合合成聚羧酸减水剂的研究 被引量:9

摘要 由甲基丙烯酸制得的聚羧酸减水剂是目前外加剂市场上的主流产品。但甲基丙烯酸价格高,使得该类聚羧酸减水剂的生产成本较高。为降低聚羧酸减水剂的成本,研究了用价格较低的丙烯酸代替甲基丙烯酸酯化聚合合成聚羧酸减水剂。发现随着丙烯酸代替甲基丙烯酸用量的增大,聚羧酸减水剂的性能有下降的趋势。当用丙烯酸50mol%代替甲基丙烯酸时,水泥净浆和混凝土性能检测表明合成的减水剂产品与完全用甲基丙烯酸合成减水剂产品的性能相近。 Polycarboxylate water reducer prepared with methacrylic acid is a main product on current additive market. But high price of methacrylic acid leads to high production cost for polycarboxylate series of water reducer. To reduce its cost, study was carried out for the reducer esterized and polymerized with inexpensive acrylic acid instead of methacrylic acid. It was found that along with increase of content of acrylic acid in substitution for methacrylic acid, performance of polycarboxylate water reducer tended to drop. Physical property test of cement paste and concrete indicated that performance of polycarboxylate water reducer made of 50 mol% acrylic acid and 50 mol% methacrylic acid could be similar to that of the product totally made of meharcrylic acid.
