摘要
用表面油膜法在大负冲角下对透平叶栅的不同栅距、不同进气压力下的流场二次流特性及其涡系结构进行了可视化实验研究,分析了各个工况下叶栅端壁及叶栅型面的流动,揭示了在不同栅距及不同进气压力下叶栅的二次流特性,有助于对叶栅二次流在不同情况下的变化规律及其损失产生的原因作进一步的了解,文中观察到的流动现象是对以往叶栅二次流模型的补充和完善.
In this paper, oil film technique is applied to the study of the secondary flow and vortex structure in turbine cascade with the various pitch and inlet pressure condition under large negative incidence. The obtained results are shown with photographs and the structures of flow fields are analyzed in detail. The flow visualization study reveals the development of secondary flow in cascade passage, and is helpful to understand the mechanism of loss production of secondary flow.
