摘要
尾矿作为二次资源越来越受到重视,利用高效细粒分选设备旋流静态微泡浮选柱对金川铜镍尾矿进行了再选试验研究,考查了浮选柱分选尾矿提高有价金属回收率的效果。应用旋流静态微泡浮选柱在分级再磨一次粗选、三次精选的流程条件下,可从生产尾矿中获得回收率12.53%,品位为3.763%的镍,同时回收品位为2.351%的铜金属,取得了预期的效果。
Mining tailings, as a secondary resource, is attracting greater and greater attention. The cyclone static microbubble flotation column, a kind of highly efficient equipment for fine particle separation, was used in the re-concentration test of Jinchuan copper-nickle railings, and the effect of using the flotation column to raise the valuable metal recovery from railings was investigated. As a result, a nickel concentrate grading 3. 763% at a recovery of 12.53% and a copper concentrate grading 2. 351% were obtained from the production tailings by the process consisting of classification, regrinding, one rough and three cleans, achieving the expected results.
