废轮胎胶粒与石英砂的混合流化特性研究

摘要 使用自行设计的流化床热解试验装置进行废轮胎胶粒与石英砂混合流化特性试验,得到指导热态试验的关键参数。结果表明,在试验范围内,石英砂与胶粒的合理质量配比为2:1~4:1之间。在此基础之上,选择20目左右的胶粒粒径能够获得最佳的流化特性。在胶粒粒径相同时,石英砂床层高度为40 mm时的稳定流化区域最适合热态试验操作。 By using independently designed test equipments for fluid bed pyrolysis to carry out the test for the characteristics of the mixed fluidization of scrap tire colloidal particle and the quartz sand, the key parameters that influences the thermal decomposition are obtained. The result indicated that in the experimental scope, reasonable ratio of the mass of quartz sand and the colloidal particle is between 2:1-4:1. With the ration from 2:1 to 4:1, choosing the colloidal particles of the size about 20 meshes can obtain the best fluidization features. Provided that using the colloidal particles of the same size, when thickness of the quartz sand in the fluid bed is 40mm, the stable fluid zone is most suitable for experiment operations.
